AWEFUL! DO NOT USE.
Seriously.
I ordered a bed on the 7th September, was expecting delivery of a Hyder Bed within 2-3 weeks. (It was about 30 pounds cheaper than any other site).
3 weeks after ordering, I hadn't heard from them and was told that it will be with me next week
following week, was told the same again
the following week was told a long story about how Hyders truck had broken down and they were only given delivery in smaller quantities, but, it will certainly be sent to me by next week.
and today, nothing again. And, of course, they already have my money, and if they kick up a fuss about refunding, I will have to get in touch with the credit card company.
A waste of time, money and effort. the only reason I gave it anything other than a 1 is that the website and proposed value for money was good enough for me to use them.

I placed my order and paid for it 12th April 2011. Since then I have contacted this company by e-mail and had no reply, then numerous times by phone. I kepy being told the items were due in 'this week', then they had come in and were awaiting dispatch. Then they'd come in but were the wrong colour so had to be returned to the manufacturers, then last week they come in and the manager was in the back office sorting delivery labels for them. Today I'm told they're due in on Wednesday. When i spoke to the manager I was told that none of his staff would have told me any of the above - I am a liar it seems.
Whilst the web site shows nice items and good value I would save your money, pay a bit more and go to a reputable company. If you do use this company make sure you get the names of the people you speak to.
