Ordered toilet, fitted several weeks later when bathroom was ready. Noticed hairline crack. Contact company via email - no initial telephone support. they asked for CC to cover postage of replacement, reluctantly and stupidly I paid. They sent a toilet seat rather than pan - it seems I had paid for this AS WELL as postage. Now 1 cracked pan and two good toilet seats, both of which I've paid for !!! Cut along story short they refuse to replace the faulty item without charging £60 ! THis is against the law as well as showing appalling disredard towards their customers. I urge you not to buy anything from these people if this is how they treat us. I guess they are cheap for a reason.

This company took my money and never sent me my product. I phoned and they refused to refund me so I am now having to go to a county court to get my money back.
