Hi,
My name is nick, i bought a bed from furniture247 and its was the worst thing i every done, i am so mad that they got away with this, so i went online again to try one more time to contact them again no replay... so i found a website that you can trust for furniture and cheap www.harrisfurniture.co.uk i brought a bed and it was great cheap and free delivery and they where nice to me and gave me 10% off the item i bought, i did tell them what happen and that's why he gave me 10% off so try those before you buy from furniture247 you don't get your money back from them :(...

DO NOT buy goods off this company .I have been sold a mattress which now has sharp pieces of steel comping through it and which are rusted .They say there was a 2 year warranty with the mattress I purchased ,but this is utter lies ,once you purchase their goods they then tell you different ,after sales is an uncaring and are very rude to their customers with a stinking attitude ..I contacted their sales department who are very helpful and they even emailed me to say there is a 2 year warranty on the same mattress I purchased which is a contradiction to their after sales team .So it seems they will do anything to get your purchase then after that they are disgusting .I am a disabled person who needed this type of waterproof mattress for my condition .I have now had to contact trading standards to deal with this ,this causing me more stress and upset I could do without .The mattress should not be old to people as it is a potential danger and could cause serious harm with these sharp nails coming through .This company should not be allowed to trade .

This disgusting company delivers damaged goods to everyone or, no goods at all. They couldn't care less about you, just take your money. They have breached the Distance Selling Regulations and the Sale of Goods Act, 1979 and they don't care. Don't make the mistake of thinking they'll refund you, they won't, you'll be fighting them for months because they'll ignore every attempt you make to get your money back.
Even when they see all these complaints about them, they STILL threaten review sites with legal action, saying the comments written against them are ''defamatory'', when they know that people are writing the truth about them. A more shocking and disreputable company you'd be hard-pressed to find.
What reputable company would tell people that if they don't like their damaged goods they will have to pay out of their own pocket to send them back? To Manchester! This can cost hundreds of pounds, and don't think you will get your money back for the goods, oh no, once you have parted with your money and they get their thieving hands on it, that's the last you'll ever see of it without a fight. Then they have the gaul to tell you that they will take MORE MONEY FROM YOU--29% of what you paid for the goods!
Company? These people are just a bunch of crooks and the more people that expose them, the better, they lie to your bank when you try to get a chargeback, they try to convince the bank they're an upright decent company and tell them you don't deserve the chargeback!
They should never be allowed to trade again and thrown in Jail. Because its THEFT and DECEPTION!
